When you submit a project brief or course inquiry, TechAura collects the name, email address, optional company or website, service category, project stage, and description you provide. We use this information to review your inquiry and discuss a possible project or course with you.
How your brief is handled
Briefs are stored in the site’s database and are available to the TechAura site owner through a restricted inbox. We record a submission reference and review status, use a random request identifier to prevent duplicate submissions, and limit repeated submissions from the same email address. We do not publish submitted briefs or use them as testimonials. Please avoid sending passwords, API keys, financial account details, or sensitive personal information in the form.
Hosting and retention
The site and its database are hosted through the Sites platform. Routine operational logs may be processed to keep the site running and diagnose faults. Briefs are kept while needed to assess or discuss an inquiry, then can be deleted on request.
Your choices
To request access to or deletion of a submitted inquiry, use the contact form and start the challenge field with “Privacy request.” Include the email address used in the original submission so we can verify the request.
